Recreationists

Ok I know Bill for one would go straight to being a hardcore recreationist and start eating hardtack with weevils in it, sleep on rocks and wipe with corn cobs but what about the rest of you? Has anyone done a recreation? What kind? They used to have Minutemen where I grew up complete with Tri-corn hats. I wonder if the Rennaisance faire (yes myre I hate the extra e) would be fun.

Ya know, I've wonder the same thing about the Renaissance Faire and actually might be attending one in the coming weekend. oAo From what I've heard...lots of awesome food.

As for recreational activities (yer sounding like Vork when calling it that xDD) I've done tae kwon doe, and for a good 4 years I've done marching band.

what's a recreationist? i mean, are we talking about outdoor hobbies? i'm missing this season b/c i wouldn't have been able to complete it, but i play(ed) in a semi-competitive amateur baseball league. i have a couple bikes, like to camp and used to waterski when i knew this rich guy with a boat. i think i'd like to learn how to snowboard since i'm moving closer to the mountains in july. that sort of stuff?

Well I was talking about reenactment style recreationists but recreation is fine with me. I understand you can play civil war baseball in costume but you can't use a glove. I always wished I had a boat up here. I suppose it would be another thing to break though.
