Patient on raids
The size of guild and desires for raids may cause a little frustration. I have found that you need about three times the number of players in a guild in order to have a good turn out for raids and of course it must be higher when players are in different time zones. To have good turn out for raids. Make raids fun and never go public on criticism (don't whine). The person in charge of a raid should always have a "Plan B" in case the proper balance of classes/skills or the level of the players that can join the raid. One of the best ways to have a good turn out is to get more raiding players in guild and at the higher levels (recruit and help players level without Power leveling).
On slightly different subject, it is now a common practice in business to have both a starting time and an ending time on meetings and officers should decide what is to be discussed and what is purpose of discussion.

I agree, and I think a starting time and ending time is good too! that way we know how full of a time commitment we are committing to.
